- Problem
- I noticed that the survey data that was displayed in the vendor's dashboard did not align with the raw data values for a specific client. This put us at risk of missing a contractual performance threshold.
- Solution
- By thoroughly examining the raw data, I was able to trace the discrepancy back to a human error on the vendor's fault. I reconciled the inconsistent sources and had them re-align the vendor dashboard metrics.
- Result
- The issue was caught just before we had our quarterly performance guarantee reporting, avoiding a $50K penalty payout.

- The Salesforce caseload tracking for the Customer Service Coordinators team was a manual and tedious process for the supervisor.
- Solution
- I built an interactive Power BI dashboard connected directly to the underlying Salesforce data, which replaced the manual tracking of the team's caseload.
- Result
- The tedious reporting process of their workload was reduced by 75%, and the supervisor now has a live dashboard of team KPIs.
